A: Our system runs on a subscription model to ensure you always get the best experience and ongoing support.

Parents and students can log in using either their phone number or email registered with the academy through the AOne mobile app, available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery. Simply search for “AOne” in the respective app store to download it.
If parents have multiple children enrolled (in the same or different schools), they can conveniently track all their children’s information in one account, as long as they log in using the same phone number and email.
A: Yes, white-labelling is available as an optional add-on. However, please note that all invoices, receipts, and payroll documents already feature your centre’s logo even without white-labelling.
Our basic white-labelling package includes:
• A login website/dashboard with your centre’s name and logo
• Your own app published on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery
• Email notifications sent to parents from an address that includes your centre’s name
